Patrons in Miami can get a SuperBowl ring for $200,000, thanks to an online auction that is turning into a gold rush.
The auction website, Patrons In Miami, is being used to sell off rings worth as little as $40,000 to the highest bidder, which is an impressive feat for a website that was started in 2012.
The rings were originally offered at a discount to potential buyers but now are being offered for as much as $100,000 per ring.
Patrons are being asked to donate $25 to the Miami Heat Foundation.
Patron Rings are available at various locations including Miami’s American Airlines Arena and the Miami Gardens area.
Miami Heat players, coaches and members of the Miami community are donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the rings to the foundation.
The organization is also working with the NFL Players Association to help provide the charity with funds.
In total, more than 30,000 rings have been sold.
The price range is from $40 to $100K, but the rings can be customized.
The Heat has an average donation of $18,000 annually to the league.
Patrons can choose from a wide variety of colors and designs, including silver, gold, purple and black.
Patriots fans can also make rings for as little $10.
The Miami Gardens Area Super Bowl Rings are now on sale at PatronsInMiami.com, including an option for the $100k ring, which would be a new record.
