Super greens powder I love super greens so much that I bought them from a local store, a little bit of which I gave to my husband for Thanksgiving.
We were going to use them for a recipe I was working on for this blog.
The idea was that we would add them to the meal and then serve them with some homemade pasta.
This was not a recipe for a fancy meal that I could make in my kitchen.
But since I have the ingredients, I figured it would be a great idea to make something quick and easy to throw together in my own kitchen.
Super greens powder is a kind of super green powder, a type of non-fat, powdered food that is usually packed in a packet.
It is often referred to as a powdered food, but that is not the same thing.
Super green powder has the same nutritional value as regular white flour, but because it has the texture of a powder, it is more likely to be eaten as a salad.
When it comes to breakfast, it has a slightly different flavor than brown rice and is great for a light breakfast.
Super Greens powder is usually sold in boxes of 10 or 20, and is sold in cans.

Super Green Powder Ingredients 1 cup brown rice (1 cup can) 1/2 cup powdered super greens 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup water 1/16 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup water, warmed to 80 degrees 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed 1 tablespoon baking powder Directions Heat a small saucepan on medium-high heat.
Add the brown rice, powdered super green and nutritional yeast.
Stir frequently to break up any lumps.
Add in the water, baking soda, salt and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and the powder is dissolved.
Turn off the heat and stir in the dried thymes.
Taste for seasoning and add more water if needed.
If the browned grains seem to be slightly dry, add a splash of hot water to thicken them.
Step 2 Add 1/6 cup of the warm water to the saucepan, stirring constantly to break apart any lumpy bits.
Add 1 teaspoon of the baking powder to the mixture.
Stir well and continue to cook until the brown sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens a little, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Remove the brownies from the pan and let them cool slightly before transferring them to a bowl.
Place a handful of the brownie crumbs in a large bowl and dip the brownied crumbs into the warm milk.
Sprinkle with the powdered super gals powder.
Stir to combine, and set aside to cool.
If the browning is still not quite done, add in the dry thyme and thyme powder and stir again to combine.
Place the browny crumbs back into the sauce pan, along with the brown mixture, and heat over low heat until the mixture is completely melted.
Pour the mixture into the prepared bowl and add a generous amount of the remaining milk.
Top the brown pudding with the remaining brown sugar mixture.
If you don’t want a whole lot of it, you could just spoon it over the top of the pudding.
You can serve the brown and blueberry snacks with your favorite toppings like berries, cranberries, or a sprinkle of blue cheese.
