I want to be a part of the Doc Greene Legacy, the movement of Doc Greenes to make things better for people.
It is about change, it is about making the world better.
The Doc Green family has been in business for more than 50 years and they have created the greatest brand in the history of America.
This past weekend, I got to see firsthand the impact the family has made on this country, as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the franchise’s debut.
We will do it all again next year, and I am so proud to be part of that legacy.
But, just like the first year, this season is going to be harder than ever.
We’re looking at a year of big changes, with a lot of them being centered around the Green family, and the brand.
The doc’s legacy is tied to the company and to Doc’s family, but it is also rooted in the communities that surround it.
In 2016, the doc opened up the Docs Place, a new space where people can get together and work on their health.
We had some big partnerships with people in the community, and now the Doc is in the process of opening its second location, which will be the Doc’s Garden in the heart of Downtown Cleveland.
But this isn’t just any garden, it’s the Doc Greens home.
It’s a place where Docs Family, the Doc family, will be present, and that is an important distinction.
Docs Greenes roots run deep in this community, which is why this weekend, we’re hosting a fundraiser for Docs Garden, which has raised over $2 million since its opening in April 2017.
We want to celebrate that with a day of community activities for people who are interested in the legacy, but also in those who are coming together to celebrate the Doc.
That’s why we are holding a celebration of Docs family, which includes a reception, a cookout, a farmers market, a silent auction, and more.
I can’t wait to see what the community brings to the festivities.
We will also have a silent fundraiser for the Doc Garden that will feature live music, a craft beer tasting, and a silent film by the family’s film and TV partner, the Paley Center for Media.
All of these events will take place on Friday, June 7.
There are lots of ways to help Docs, including donating your time or money.
Doc will also be holding a special dinner at its new location, where it will host an after-hours beer garden party with special guests.
So, if you are interested, please get out there and support the Doc Family’s legacy.
Here’s to a great 2017.
